Despite the chaos going on in their country, Pakistan still managed to pull off a very successful four day fashion week showcasing 32 designers. I wanted to go sooo bad! the company that my cousin works for put together the whole event- in my opinion it turned out very well. I think i love fashion week in general. it gives the designers a chance to put their creativity to the test and push their limits. its quite interesting to see what they come up with. it irritates me so much when people say “omg what the hell is that?” or “what the hell is she wearing?” ITS A RUNWAY DAMNIT!! let it be! well i cant be too mad at them- this is exactly why they’re not fashion designers. haha anyway, here are some of my personal favorites of fashion week.

1. Nida Azwer’s collection: i absolutely LOVE the colors she used in the collection. the different shades of blue have always been a favorite of mine. her styles are simple and elegant.

3. Nickie n Nina- i LOVED this collection. everything about it: the theme, colors, styles, and mixture of prints!
